By the way, it's ****ed up that the celebrity QB in Dallas is Mahomes instead of Prescott.

Doncic was utterly embarrassing tonight and although I was rooting for the Mavs I found some solace watching his dumb ass rot on the bench late and disappoint his team. Stupid fouls, excessive ref whining giving up points, and after a good 1st quarter came out and pounded the hell out of the ball. Sad, once again the game was gettable.

It's a 5 seed led by a hobbled star vs the by far best team all year which has had plenty of rest. The only way I imagined Boston losing this before the series was if they had somehow gotten too complacent from how easy their path had been.

Almost lead the Celtics in assists in the regular season andis the leader so far in the playoffs. His original make up is more of a scorer but his last two coaches have made him think more about making the right play and not just try to score. Especially with the effectiveness of Jaylen Brown as a scorer on and off the ball and with all the...

Just a bad match up.
Plus I think Dallas looked a little nervous about the stage in games 1 and 2 and Irving was a bit rattled by the boos perhaps.
Entirely possible we see these teams facing off again next year. In which case I think Dallas’ confidence and experience gained from this year’s postseason will serve them well.

they were better, it doesn't change the fact that they played against teams without their best players. it's a cakewalk. not that it's their fault their competition was injured...but it's just a bad look whenever a contender faces an underdog team without their best player. and quite honestly, none of these series have been entertaining, except...

Tools hate. We got folks in here talking about how the Celtics don't have a dog. Mavs are the greatest backcourt ever, Doncic is s better playoff offense than Jordan, blah blah.

He's a versatile offensive player but Point Forward is pushing it. He's just not a natural playmaker. He's a go-to move scorer with mediocre decision making and decent passing. He's very unselfish which also helps. His type is closer to Kawhi than Paul George imo.

Because the Mavs looked like the better team from the harder conference during the playoffs so far. Celtics got pushed around by Indiana and had to squeeze out four wins thanks to epic chokes by the Pacers.
It wasnt illogical to pick either team before the series started. There were arguments to be made either way.

because they had a cakewalk path to the finals with a stacked team. we've seen this before. and tatum claiming he's the best doesn't help, he's unnapealing to the masses. has no charisma. many believe JB is better and that without Jrue, they wouldn't be this good. he's not putting on a dominant performance by any means.

Is every nba champion stacked? You continue to be stupid. They've been beating Dallas all season. Remind me who the second AllNBA player is again? Who is the MVP candidate?
