The league has also had a year to adjust to him, it always does. So his approach and how he is coached will need to continue to evolve.

Harris may well lose but it's weird how do many MAGA are completely sure it's about to be a blowout. Even right-wing polls don't predict that.

the funniest thing is how democrats have dug their own grave in all of this. trump made sure to capitalize on everything the dems threw at him from the legal front, busting caps at him, kamala's mcdonald's fiaso and now biden's deplorables comment. the dems may be singlehandedly responsible for pushing trump over the top on the 5th.

NEW YORK -- After 42 seasons, Bob Costas is retiring from baseball play-by-play.
Costas had done games the past couple seasons for MLB Network and TBS Sports. His final games were the American League Division Series between the New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals.
Costas' contract with TBS expired at the end of the season, but his plans...

I dont think its just that they all were American. Steph had a game nobody had ever seen, and he was on a dynasty team. Kobe was playing in championships early on with the Lakers who have a massive worldwide following. That gave his popularity an enormous boost compared to if hed been playing on treadmill teams in Charlotte. And Lebron was the...

The influx of all the top players being foreign absolutely kills the ratings too. Even if they're ATG's like Jokic, Giannis, Luka, they will never come close to peaking the audience's interest like LeBron, Kobe, Curry etc. did.

Zion and Ja are exciting but they miss so many games they fall out of the public consciousness. People arent wired to tune in for them bc subconsciously many probably just assume theyre not playing.

A lot of these teams just arent interesting.
Pacers, nobody cares about. Even the Knicks, theyre good but it's repetitive. Brunson is a nice player but he's not a player the world is tuning in for. The Bucks feel stagnant. The Celtics win but theyre predictable. Warriors have alot of no-names. The Sixers are sitting their well known guys....

It reminds me of a post kblaze made. NBA salaries only soared because major networks bundled NBA games with other shit people actually watch. So they're currently getting a huge cut of that despite people not even watching them.

The NBA regular season is just broken. They would never do this due to all the lost money, but until they shorten the season, nobody's going to give a fvck about the regular season. The games don't have anything at stake, the star players and fraudulent MVP's like Embiid constantly sit out, and adding meaningless in season tournaments does nothing...

Load management ruined the NBA tbh. Nobody watches regular season anymore and even hardcore fans don't watch most of the playoffs really either. It's all about money now. It was always about that, but the current generation took it too far and sacrificed their morals and gamesmanship completely for a USD which will likely collapse soon anyway...

I think a lot of people are turned off by the load management. Not gonna mention who…but there’s a certain star actively stating that he won’t play as much as possible.

Another one you were wrong about. George is 34 now. At the time you made this thread he was 29 and a MVP finalist.
