The sad thing is that women will ignore this and keep doing what they're doing, even though they've been told straight to their face (see Bill Burr).

You should always root for the guys that got jobbed out by that dumpster fire of a team in Philly.

Hasn't shot well but he's done other stuff well like distributing, individual, and team defense. I give him credit for attacking the double and triple, while ANT just passed away from it. Half of Holiday's points are from Tatum passing out of the double/triple. He's a beneficiary the same way Aaron Gordon is when defenses mob Jokic.

Might be. Though they did shut down other offensive juggernauts like the Pacers (who had the highest offensive rating in the NBA....except the Celtics).
Celtics reg season net rating was 11.7. Mavs had a 2.1. This is really not a fair fight. Interestingly the one team they had trouble shutting down during the regular season were the...

Prevailing in the conflict is what's impressive.
In the adult world, you have to play the game, including the press angle. That's life. The alternative is to be a 'goody two shoes' and get knocked around and your image tarnished. However, you come down on it, getting revenge in whatever practical way you can against your "boss" is better...

Those previous Celtic teams didn't have Portzingus and Jrue, two absolute key players for them.

I’d way rather watch BI than Tatum. He’s such a flop and boring to watch..
I don’t care what any of the numbers say.

This ranking shit is out of control.
One title after how many years of choking? After the easiest path to the finals OF ALL TIME?
That’s where it ranks. Up there with bubble title that no one gives a shit about..

Luka consistently gives you a near triple double stat line, win or lose, and you still can't read from that what the optimal line up should be.
it was quite prodigal of me to say a gun should be pulled on a poster like you. thank you, for periodically fufilling my prophecy.
always remember, while there's the option of asking question,...

Yeah think they have the most to increase in terms of shooting, particularly Irving and role players.

Hypothetical question: How much of a joke would 2024 finals be remembered as if Jrue Holiday is the FMVP? Good player but it seems weird.

I don't know about best player, but he's clearly the difference between a 'pick em' series and an inevitable Celtics victory. Doesn't help that Kyrie is well under par two games in. Hopefully Dallas can even it up at home and make it a series.

the bigger team is also the better passing team, only trolls can't tell that each time the Celtics put up a 3 is just a big f*ck you to them. because trolls don't rebound.

I agree with most of both of these posts.
I agree Tatum isn’t a kobe or whatever mold, his offense is reliant on his streaky 3 point shooting.
I agree though that it’s good for him to let the game come to him and dont force the issue on offense, especially with how talented Boston is this year. He needs to exert himself on D and play...

still living in the slow the pace down and no transition defense era.
pretty sure most of the players on the olympic roster played in oversea leagues. which is why a 42 year old Diana Taurasi made the team for basketball reasons. it's got people trying to cash in their outdated check written all over it.

Yes, anyone trying to argue that Women’s team is in jeopardy of losing one game if Clark is on the team……that’s just either the most insanely low iq take or just being intellectually dishonest.

the reporter once asked the entire olympic women basketball staff "how would you define positionless basketball."
in which the staff responded in such manner "it's simple, it means you don't get to play basketball."

Watch the games. It was because Curry was injured and even him not being full strength he still commanded an insane amount of traps and double teams.
Was literally open Gym for some of the others. If Barnes and Iggy don’t go on historic cold steaks in game 6 and 7 the Warriors win.
Watch the game and tell me how many wide open mid range...

That's why this is a discussion. It's hard to pick MJ's best year. I will say 97 was just as impressive if not more impressive than 96 though. Defending a championship is always harder than winning initially. Defending a championship after setting the all time RS wins mark made it infinitely more difficult. After getting every teams best...
