Hopefully y'all now understand what I've been saying for a few years now.
Playoff Ant is a thing.
He steps his game up big time come play offs
Re: (3) Timberwolves vs. (6) Suns First Round Playoff Series Thread
the Wolves bigs are really good at running those pick and roll with the whistle
try this, they are a 3 point shooting team, who also out rebounds you, without a good total assist or assist/to ratio.

Durant elevated his legacy tonight and went out like a gladiator.
33/10/5 82% TS against the best defensive team of this era.
Worst teammate luck you'll ever see. Individual brilliance though
Suns in 6. Bad matchup for the wolves. Their strong interior D won't matter as much against the Suns.
The Suns swept them in the regular season. They forced Conley to score, which he doesn't want to do. They forced Ant to pass, which he doesn't want to do.
Yikes

You know who really deserves this sweep to sting for a long time ?
That little sh!t Ishbia.
All that potential extra revenue … GONE.

Was thinking similar when they showed him on the sidelines in the closing possessions while he was trying to hold his poker face. :lol
Talk about a big whiff. Yikes.
Re: (3) Timberwolves vs. (6) Suns First Round Playoff Series Thread
When Durant left GSW I said he was never going to win a title. People were hyped about Brooklyn with Kyrie and Harden. Nothing happened. Same with Suns with Booker and Beal.
If you pay attention to both sides of the court, you know why. Durant is a liability in team defense and team offense; while he excels in individual offense and is above-average on individual defense. All four matter.
I get on every player that doesn't work on the 'team' side- setting screens, being a decoy on offense, moving without the ball; on defense, you have to take your assignment seriously, you can't wander around in improvised zone. You end up breaking the team defense. The average fan doesn't notice but it kills the team. GSW made up for Durant's deficiencies, few teams can or will.
Good players like Durant and Booker excel in 1 or 2 of the 4 areas. Great players commit to all four. They don't excel in all four necessarily but they take all four seriously. Those are the guys leading their team to champsionships.
You will never see that with Harden, Durant, Booker, Doncic.
You might see in the future, depends on various factors- but they at least have a chance: Edwards, Tatum Brown, Williamson. And of course the usuals- LeBron, Giannis, Jokic, Curry etc. Those latter are bound by their team but they've proven to be complete players.

lets just say you're a dog that I adopted, after months of domesticated training, you've learn where to handle the business in the backyard. so one morning, just like every other morning, you come to my bed, hungry, looking for breakfast.
I'll bet you the shit in the backyard that I wouldn't even need to teach a dog the concept of offense or defense.

Yeah his teammate luck sucks ever since he tried to pick his teammates and drive the bus.

You really think it's a teammate issue? Over the years he's been paired with a Who's Who in basketball. The standard response when a star loses is "help". You have to look a little deeper to find the real reason.
