Not true, and you have to split the high earners by level of education. A store manager at Costco will probably have different opinions than an Engineer at Intel with a PHD despite earning about the same. There’s a huge problem when people who should be working on rockets are working at Meta instead. They’re forwarding capitalism instead of society like they should, and since taxes should be in the interest of society, taxes should subsidize these kinds of high skill jobs to be competitive. M4all will be another good thing because it helps small business, the impoverished and job mobility for your higher earners(since your job isn’t tied to benefits). A friend of mine signed a noncompete for a firm that was absolved. He’s still getting paid and cannot get a new job because the noncompete is still valid, but he has to cover insurance out of pocket. It’d be like $1700/mo if his wife didn’t have a job with insurance, don’t tell me that isn’t ****ed. So yeah, there are plenty of reasons high educated high earners want social safety nets outside of ‘virtue signaling’.

Most property owners have the means to remove a squatter and there would be no shortage of people willing to rough up squatters for a nice check if the government didn't want to get involved. Let's be hopeful it never comes to that.
There are over 4 million Section 8 vouchers and rent assistance beneficiaries in the US. The government holds rent seeker's hands plenty without having to squat

Hey if “property owners” wanna remove or prevent squatters themselves I’m for it. But if you are using the gov for protection you best believe your tenant / squater is using the gov for protection too.

^ Lmao, this dude is slowly approaching Lakers Legend as the absolute worst poster on the forum. Although unlike LL who's basically just trolling, this guy actually thinks he's making a valid argument.
Squatters are thieves. They have human rights but they don't have property rights. Therefore the government should not be under any obligation to protect their non-existent rights to a given property.

Property rights need a state to enforce them which was his point.

I really can't with this kid anymore.
He’s a ****ing troll. **** him. He’s not a serious person, that’s why he’s easy to make fun of. Dude works part-time at a library and still lives with his parents. That’s the kind of loser we’re dealing with.

I don’t think a state should exist at all. I was just explaining what he was saying since you couldn’t comprehend it.
